PriOffice - House rules and regulations for camera surveillance
Artikel 1. General
- These house rules are inextricably linked to the agreement(s) that the Member enters into with PriOffice B.V. ("PriOffice") regarding the use of office, flex and/or meeting rooms.
- Where these house rules refer to "Member", this refers to the natural or legal person who purchases space or services from PriOffice, including his employees, representatives and visitors.
- By entering into the agreement, the Member declares to have taken note of and agreed to these house rules.
Artikel 2. Access and electronic locks
- PriOffice locations are equipped with electronic locks. The Member must install the (mobile) app with which PriOffice can grant access rights. If PriOffice provides physical keys/access cards instead, they remain the property of PriOffice.
- The Member is not permitted to share or transfer means of access (app, key, card) to third parties without the prior written consent of PriOffice.
- In the event of loss, theft or suspicion of misuse of a means of access, the Member must inform PriOffice immediately (by telephone and/or e-mail).
- PriOffice may charge the Member for any replacement and/or modification of access rights.
- The Member may not allow third parties to enter if the Member is not present, unless the location manager has given prior written consent.
Artikel 3. Use of the location
- The PriOffice locations are intended for office use and meeting purposes.
- Opening hours may vary by location. Outside these hours, access is only allowed after prior written permission from PriOffice.
- Upon departure, the Member is responsible for switching off/dimming the lights, turning the heating down to 15°C and locking the doors correctly. PriOffice may charge a fee if this is not complied with.
- Common areas (corridors, lifts, stairs) must remain obstacle-free. It is not allowed to organize activities or store items there without permission.
Article 4. Behaviour and facilities
- The Member and his employees/visitors must behave professionally, avoid excessive noise or nuisance to others, and follow the instructions of PriOffice regarding safety and order.
- Smoking is prohibited at all times in the entire PriOffice location, including in balconies, patios and roof terraces, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs (such as guide dogs).
- The use or storage of flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous substances is prohibited. Weapons and narcotics are also not allowed.
- Placing or using your own (large-scale) equipment (refrigerator, oven, etc.) is only allowed after written permission from PriOffice. Any additional energy or security costs may be passed on.
Article 5. Internet and IT facilities
- PriOffice provides Internet access (and any other IT services) as a shared service. The Member uses this for normal business traffic and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Member may not install their own wireless access points, scan gates or engage in illegal practices (such as hacking, spreading viruses or copyrighted material).
- PriOffice can restrict, shut down, or block the connection if there is unauthorized or disruptive use.
- PriOffice does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and is not liable for malfunctions, data loss or damage resulting from internet use.
Article 6. Undesirable practices and nuisance
- Canvassing, recruiting, peddling or unwanted approaching of other Members is prohibited unless PriOffice has given written permission for this.
- Physical or verbal abuse, discrimination, harassment, or other abusive behavior toward PriOffice employees, other Members, or visitors is not permitted and may result in immediate suspension of access or termination of the agreement.
- PriOffice may recover costs, damages or other consequential obligations from the Member due to the Member's negligence or misuse.
- In the event of a serious violation of these house rules or the law, PriOffice can terminate or dissolve the agreement immediately.
Article 7. Liability and costs
- The Member remains fully responsible for his own property (and that of employees/visitors). PriOffice is not liable for loss, theft or damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of PriOffice.
- Costs for misuse, loss of keys/means of access or the triggering of an alarm due to negligence may be charged to the Member.
- If PriOffice has to turn out after closing time due to the Member's negligence (e.g. to free someone from the premises), PriOffice will charge a minimum amount of €75.
Artikel 8. Camera surveillance regulations
- PriOffice can place cameras at its locations to promote safety, to prevent or record incidents and to regulate visitor flows. The images are stored in accordance with the GDPR and the periods stated in the privacy statement (usually 7 or 30 days).
- Only authorized personnel have access to the images. If necessary, PriOffice can share images with the police or the judiciary, if there is a legal basis for doing so.
- Persons who have been filmed have the right to inspection/removal insofar as the GDPR prescribes this. Requests must be submitted within the retention period.
- Complaints about camera surveillance can be addressed in writing to PriOffice.
Artikel 9. Final provisions
- PriOffice may unilaterally change or supplement these house rules at any time. The most recent version will be published on the website and/or otherwise communicated to the Member.
- Dutch law applies to these house rules. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
- In the event of any contradictions or differences between the Dutch version of these terms and conditions and the translations into other languages, the Dutch version shall prevail.
